Garageband Not Opening
After updating to iOS 11, many users have been complaining that GarageBand crashes immediately upon launch or doesn’t open at all. According to Apple’s Support page, the problem seems to be with iCloud and if you turn it off, it will solve the issues that you’re facing with the app. If you’re really inclined to use GarageBand in iOS 11, the temporary solution would be to turn off iCloud until Apple pushes an update to fix the problem.

Since you toggled off iCloud for this app, you won’t be able to access any GarageBand songs saved in your iCloud Drive and all the new songs that you create will be saved locally on your device rather than on the cloud. Logic Pro is a professional DAW (digital audio workstation). It allows for users and engineers to record, arrange and mix music. What’s very cool is that much of the code in GarageBand is based on Logic. Many of the instruments and effects in GarageBand are scaled down versions of those in Logic, too. This means that you can actually import GarageBand tiles to Logic.

First, tap the “Edit” button on the top-right.
Tap the “Share” icon in the top-left corner of the “My Songs” view of GarageBand.
