Request refx nexus 2 for mac. Been looking everywhere but cant seem to get it to work. Im using ableton btw. Save hide report. This thread is archived. I've been running Nexus on my iMac (running Mac OS X 10.6.2) using Ableton Live (8.1.3) without any problem since I bought Nexus several weeks ago (and by the way, I love it!). On Sunday I received the message on the Nexus that there was a new version so I uploaded it. This now causes Live to crash regularly. Nexus seems to not be able to turn off notes when you hit stop - the sound keeps playing and eventually everything just crashes. Live also crashes if I hit stop or the space key on my keyboard (when Nexus is playing as a midi instrument).

I sent a trouble ticket to ReFX and they promptly responded that I should download and install the latest version of the eLicenser and that should resolve the issue. I did, but it did not. Nexus 2.2.1 is still crashing Live. I know this must be an issue with the Nexus or eLicenser because my tracks that don't use the Nexus are working fine. The Nexus plays fine when I am just auditioning sounds or recording - it's when it's playing back that it causes Live to crash.
I've sent another help request to ReFx and I'm sure they'll be getting back to me soon but I wondered if anybody else was having this problem or could suggest a solution?
